Mas Sinén always has its doors open to visitors who eventually become our friends. A highly valued trip to experience the amphitheater of our vineyard.

We are a Priorat DOQ vineyard and have been dedicated to viticulture since the 19th century. The Burgos Porta estate produced its first organic wine in 2003, crafted with traditional methods.

The vineyard is found at Mas Sinén, a farm which has been in the Burgos-Porta family since the 17th century.

Typical of the Poboleda region, Mas Sinen is in a small valley surrounded with vines planted in steep terraces, among a mixture of arable land and Mediterranean forest. The oldest vines, Carignan and Grenache, were planted in 1950.

The estate extends over 15 hectares, ranging between 300 and 500 meters above sea level. The vines are grown on the north-eastern slopes surrounding the winery, with views of the majestic Serra de Montsant mountains.

The Burgos-Porta family crafts few wines, each of small vintage, and all are high quality wines, that embody all the essence of the Priorat soil and its unique slate terroir. All are wines with soulful character, countless fruity aromas, deep mineral flavours and pleasing spicy notes.
